Cake Flavours & Fillings
Our deliciously sophisticated cakes are made to order with fine
European chocolate, pure Madagascar vanilla, creamery butter, fresh
fruit purees and whole eggs. Though we cover most of our cakes with
fondant, a sugar paste which dries to a hard porcelain-like finish,
we are happy to finish your cakes with Swiss Meringue buttercream
upon special request.
