Explore the baking and decorating possibilities of these popular miniature cakes in this hands-on class; perfect for the hobbyist as well as cake designers wishing to expand their repetoire.

Day 1: Focus will be on cupcake recipes & baking techniques plus the creation of a wide range of toppings & fillings that will wow your taste buds. Students will experience a ‘cupcake tasting’ as they explore the flavour pairings of fillings, toppings and cupcakes prepared during class.

Day 2: The focus will be on design as students apply their creativity as they explore the different options available to create gorgeous, couture cupcakes. In addition, students will also learn how to properly store and transport cupcakes.

Cancellation Policy: Full payment is required at the time of booking for all classes. If paying by cheque, it must be received two weeks prior to the start of the first class. Students are responsible for ensuring there are no scheduling conflicts when enrolling in two or more classes. If you do not attend the class you are registered for, your payment will be forfeited. 7 days notice is required for class cancellations upon which a credit note will be issued and may be applied to future classes within a 6 month period. We do not provide makeup classes for missed sessions. Should a class be cancelled a full refund will be offered.
