Welcome to the Bonnie Gordon School! We offer workshops and classes for adults and teens looking for fun and creative learning experiences in the Confectionary Arts as well as programmes for professionals wishing to upgrade their technique and design skills.

Our classes are open to everyone regardless of skill or background. For those wishing to pursue a full-time career in cake design we offer the Professional-Level Programmes.
