How large are the classes?
To provide the best learning experience, our classes are limited to a maximum of 10 students.

Do I need previous baking or decorating experience?
No. Although some of our students have taken various baking & decorating classes elsewhere, others have had little or no experience at all. Our classes are designed to provide beginner-level students the skills and confidence they need to make professional-level designer cakes.

Do I have to purchase any supplies?
Yes. We will supply students with a full supply list upon registration.

If I am travelling from out-of-town, can you recommend any nearby accommodations?

Where is the school located?
We are conveniently located in mid-town Toronto (in Ontario, Canada) at:
868A Eglinton Ave. W. – close to Eglinton West subway station, and Allen Rd. (off Hwy 401)

Are you close to a subway station?
We are only a 10 minute walk from Eglinton West subway station, where you can also take the 32 Eglinton bus to to Bathurst Street stop which is just across the street from our school.

Where can I park if I am driving to the school?
There is a public Green P parking lot across from Starbucks, which is located just a few storefronts west of the school. There is also limited street parking available during the day.
